New Yorkers,
Our Healthcare Workers Need Our Help

Here are all the ways to help from home.

Take a minute to:

Help get critical supplies faster to our front line heroes

Because they need them more than we do right now (to keep protecting us from COVID).

Because New Yorkers never leave New Yorkers behind.

Want to help?

Grab a drink. Text your friends. Let's do this together.

1. Search your home (or ask your workplace) for any of these items

Items most needed on the PPE list can often be stored away in restaurants, hardware stores, ski stores, construction sites, nail salons, hair salons, tattoo shops, veterinary offices, and other businesses.

This list of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requests was provided by ER doctors and healthcare staff treating COVID-19 patients in NYC.

The bold text marks the most commonly requested items—though all are very important. The * red asterisk marks common household items!

This is the PPE they’re using in China and Italy, compared to what we’re given in the U.S. At minimum, we need the basic PPE.

Do you work in healthcare?
Let us help.

We know you and your team members needed more PPE yesterday. If we work together, we can add rocket fuel to this operation and save more lives.

Do you work at a hospital around the NYC area?

Add your requests if you're in or around the NYC area (25 mile radius from Manhattan).

We're working to consolidate our database with other local PPE donation efforts, to save time and get efficient together. In the meantime, we thank you for filling out yet another PPE form :)

Who We Are

We are a small volunteer team of local citizens and small business owners. We run a marketing agency by day, and wanted to use our skills to organize a collective effort and help our NYC healthcare workers during this crisis. They take care of us every day. Now it's our turn to make our best efforts to take care of them.

Once our hospitals have enough, we’ll close our doors.

Thank you New Yorkers (and beyond) for your donations.

Together in a few months — we helped gather, distribute, and coordinate over one million PPE donations across the city. Your contributions helped protect NYC's front-liners during an unexpected, urgent time of need.

As of 11/19/2020, PPEforNYC has closed its doors.

If you’d like to donate PPE or volunteer, we recommend our amazing partners:

They have worked hard to establish long-term non-profit organizations and teams who work hard every day to match and deliver PPE donations to those who need it most.

Thank you for working with us to help the people of our city this year. It’s been such a pleasure.
